Yes! I struggle with sharing big news, too. I hate being the center of attention so that's part of it. I'm an Air Force wife and also have a major fear of sharing when we move in case our orders change!
Oh my goodness, yes!!! Living with that possibility and knowing all the horror stories of orders being changed even after packouts 😵💫 is so, SO tough!
Love this, Joy. I too like to keep big (and sometimes small!) news to myself. Usually it's out of fear of failure, that if I don't tell anyone, then I also don't have to tell anyone if I "failed" or was rejected, etc.
